Requirements:

My client is part one of one of the largest and most widely respected pharmaceutical companies, the Animal Health function is a leader in developing new and better ways to prevent and treat diseases in pets, farm animals and farmed fish. They operate in more than 40 countries in 6 key regions across the globe.

We are looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to cover the?Yorkshire, Lancashire & South Cumbria region. You will be responsible for promoting a range of FAB products which include Ectoparasites & Endoparasites products as well as a product for sheep drench.

KEY ACTIVITIES

? Gains an understanding of the agricultural industry, builds a solid working relationship with key accounts including direct farm calling where directed.
? Achieving sales targets and making sure all competitor activity is reported back to the brand team.
? There must be written business plans in place for the key customers.
? Ensure good control of costs

SKILLS REQUIRED

? Proven track record in animal health sales, medical sales or FMCG sales.
? Bachelor?s degree (Business or related field preferred) or an agricultural based qualification.
? Good experience of key account management.
? Excellent communication & influencing skills.
