ASADV will be at RRCD on June 28th | DeafTimes

Advocacy Services for Abused Deaf Victims (ASADV) will be at the Rochester Recreation Club of the Deaf (RRCD) on Thursday, June 28th at 7:00 p.m. ?Please come and join us!

We will talk about abuse in relationships/domestic violence and how Deaf Community Accountability is the key to addressing domestic violence (DV).

We will also discuss the Deaf Community Accountability model that we recently developed. This model shows different ways that Deaf people/Deaf community and hearing allies can work together to respond to DV. This is a great opportunity to share your opinions and feedback with us about this model so we can continue to improve it for community use.

Also, please visit our website for more information about the Deaf Community Accountability model. ?We have an online survey that asks questions about your opinion about the model. We would love your feedback!?

Thank you,

Aimee
