Samsung's Galaxy Note 2 will finally see a launch date in the US in October.
Reports circulated the South Korean company will launch the Galaxy Note 2 in the US during a event in New York City (NYC) on Oct. 24 with 7 p.m. set for the start. Although it is not certain it is for the Galaxy Note 2, the S Pen is shown on an ad.
The date comes more than two months following Samsung's August launch at IFA 2012 in Berlin, Germany.

Invitations to the NYC event has not been out yet, but Latinos Post will have coverage leading up to and during the US launch.
US Cellular?have confirmed they will carry the device in October but has begun accepting preorders with a starting price of $299.99.
As Latinos Post reported, A&T has announced it will carry the Galaxy Note 2, but will be availing "in the coming months." While Samsung?announced Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless will carry it as well by mid-November.
Samsung Galaxy Note 2 features a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 2, an eight-megapixel rear facing camera with LED flash, 1080p video, a 1.9-megapixel front facing camera, a 1.6GHz Exynos quad core processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB, 32GB, 64GB internal memory, Android Jelly Bean, battery capacity of 3100 mAh, and the S Pen Stylus.
